What is online therapy? Online therapy is couselling/therapy that is done online through Skype (video conferencing), phone/chat and email.

What is online therapyOnline therapy is done in the privacy of your home, which eliminates travel time and parking costs.  Because there is no office to meet at, the scheduling of online therapy sessions can be more flexible than in-office visits.  Arrangements can be made to have online therapy sessions to accomodate different schedules that may be out of office hours.

Online therapy can be done from anywhere in the world.  Skype counselling sessions (online therapy) is an effective form of therapy.  Skype (video conferencing) has increased the effectiveness of remote therapy by not having to rely on only words to help find solutions to your issues.  Because both the therapist and client can see eachother, we are able to work more effectively together to sort out what is going on for you and find an effective solution.
